CC’s Safe Haven was founded by Nail Veney, with the support and shared vision of her sister, Monique Middleton, in honor of their mother, Carolyn “CC” Hampton. Inspired by Carolyn’s deep compassion, steady strength, and lifelong dedication to helping others, CC’s Safe Haven provides safe, affordable, and supportive independent living for veterans, seniors, and returning citizens within a warm, family-centered environment that fosters connection and stability.
Our Story
Carolyn “CC” Hampton believed everyone deserved a place where they felt safe, respected, and genuinely cared for. Her kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for others form the strong foundation of CC’s Safe Haven. Guided by that legacy, Nail Veney and Monique Middleton established this community to continue CC’s life work—bringing compassion together with independence so residents can live with dignity, hope, and renewed purpose.
